I just found this article on Euractive on the budgetary negotiations: www.euractiv.com/en/specialreport-budget/commission-organise-eu-budget-conference-news-507183It says that Tusk and Barroso have " confirmed that a high-level conference on the EU budget would be held in Brussels on 20-21 October, and both promised to contribute to the forum." Shouldn't we think about doing something that day in Brussels? For example, we could try to give EU leaders a list of people supporting Fraternité2020. That way they can't say later that they never even knew we existed (and it should also make some other people aware that there is an initiative like this
