Good initiative! I agree that the forum is a much better platform for communication than sending e-mails.
Personally, I don't think that we should focus too much on modifying the letter, but rather start contacting NGOs. We can still make changes in the meantime or change parts individually, but I really think that we should get going so that we will have something to report to the newsletter group, too.
Our list:
Sarah: France, Spain Søren: Denmark Aideen: UK Ioakeim: Greece, Spain Daniela: Italy Kathleen: Germany Rebecca: Sweden, Germany
Did I miss anyone?
Best wishes, Rebecca

Hey guys,
as a new member of CC and this WG, I would like to first thank you for taking me amongst you. I'm looking forward to work with you. Furthermore, I really love the idea about this forum, much better than emails.
Regarding the NGOs,
I think I could be able to gradually cover two countries: the Netherlands, where I currently live and work and have some contacts with NGOs thanks to my current position; and maybe also the Czech Republic, where I come from and where I could easily communicate in Czech. What do you think about that? Any other suggestions?
Thanks for feedback,
cheers,
Helena

Helena,
it is great that you are covering two countries which we haven't covered until now. That's progressing our work.
Thank you for that!
Kathleen

Hey everyone,
I have a question - do you only contact NGOs or also other kinds of organisations? In Sweden there are a lot of organisations such as youth centres and other initiatives that belong to muncipalities. Should I contact them as well?

Why not? I mean in my list there are a lot of associations like youth centres too but not public ones. You can try if you want. Have you already completed the list via the website of the Commission? If yes, maybe you can help me with Germany and we share the work because the list for Germany is quite long.....
